Theatre Hire

Our 252‑seat auditorium offers excellent sightlines, comfortable raked seating, and a fully equipped technical setup, making it ideal for drama, dance, comedy, music, school productions, and touring shows. The auditorium includes 200 fixed seats, 52 seats in the orchestra pit, and four wheelchair‑accessible spaces. The stage measures 16.8m by 10.9m with a flat sprung floor, supported by a flexible orchestra pit, seven dressing rooms with sinks, and accessible backstage areas.

Theatre hire includes a licensed bar, box office facilities, a Duty Technician, front‑of‑house managers and ushers, and full use of theatre equipment. A well‑equipped Green Room provides tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, microwave, washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. A scene dock, projector screen, complimentary WiFi, and free on‑site parking with disabled bays and EV charging points are also provided. Catering and marketing support can be arranged to enhance your event.
